• Securities Dematerialisation, i.e. conversion of physical security certificates into Demat form.
• Performs the issuance of Duplicate Share Certificates upon receiving a request from a client who has lost the original certificate.
• Validates the distribution of dividend/interest via ECS directly to an investor’s bank account, in accordance with the SEBI guidelines.
• Revalidates the dividend upon receiving a request from the shareholder who is unable to encash the dividend warrant.
• Speeds up the process of Reporting of transfer & dematerialization for investors.
• Uses the SH-4 share transfer form to transfer the share certificate in a tangible form for an investor.
• Regularly and accurately provides reports for the data managed on behalf of investors.
• Provides the IEPF claim settlement service, which includes transferring the unpaid/due amount to IEPF.
• Maintains the proper and up-to-date records of the user & investor data, including personal data & transactions of sales, purchases of shares, etc.
• Conducting regular meetings with investors & companies for professional and personal interaction.
• Accepting requests for name changes, name deletion, address change, signature updation, transmission, etc. from investors.

Note: According to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs wide notification dated 10/09/2018, every Unlisted Public Limited Company is required to Issue the Securities only in Demat form. As per SEBI transfer of securities in Demat form shall come into force from April 1, 2019. Therefore, every such Company would need to appoint an Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.

Terms & Conditions for Appointing SAG Infotech as RTA

Those wanting to appoint SAG RTA as their RTA service provider must abide by the following t&c’s.

• Professional charges (CA/CS/Other) are separate and not included in the RTA fee.
• RTA charges for other corporate actions, services not mentioned above will be levied separately.
• Depository charges payable to NSDL/CDSL are separate and not included in the RTA fee.
• Support is available only during office hours.
